A Typical Day at Thrive
Mornings (6:30-11:00 am)
Start the morning with Wim Hof holotropic breathing followed by meditation on the deck overlooking the greenery or inside the sensory deprivation tank. Then, jump into the Morozco plunge with the other villa residents for three rounds, followed by red and infrared red light therapy. A quick shower followed by collagen black coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice and eggs or a few minutes drive to Mon Petit with the rest of the crew for some conversation over Turkish eggs and coffee buzz.
Afternoons (11:00 am – 3:00 pm)
A few hours of deep work and then at noon, a strength training session conducted by Youri at the gym (Youri logs in remotely over the conference startup at the gym). Nutritious lunch followed by a few hours of shallow work (emails, etc).
Evening (3:00 pm – 7:00 pm)
After reading for a minimum of an hour, 15-20 minutes of quiet sauna with the rest of the crew, followed by chai. Then, off to the beach for a swim and walk while the sun sets.
Night (7:00 pm -10:00 pm):
Nutritious dinner followed by something in the theater. Warm shower and in bed by 930 for some cuddles.
