Reservation Policy, Deposit Policy, Cancellation Policy and No-Show Policy

Reservation Policy
- Check-In Time: 15:00hrs – 22:00hrs. Check-Out Time: 12:00hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to villa availability on the relevant day, to be reconfirmed with the Front Office staff via info@thriveatgoa.
- A full villa rate will be chargeable during the reservation
- The maximum capacity is 12 adults and 6 kinds under age of 8. Kids have to share the bed with their parents. No extra beds are provided. No extra guests are allowed
- It is mandatory for all guests to produce a valid identity document before or upon check-in; for foreign guests a valid passport and for domestic guests, a valid identity card shall be accepted as proof of identity.
- Guests checking into the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Upon check-in, all guests must register through a guest registration form. The minors information is filled in by the parents/guardians.
- Any change in the guest’s reservation may change the rate and/or require payment of cancellation fees.
- During reservation guests are agreed with terms of Disclamer, Privacy Policy and current Terms and Conditions
Security Deposit Policy:
Thrive* is taking $1000 per night as a deposit for any damages. The deposit can be paid by credit card. The management reserves the right to withhold the security deposit at their own discretion in the case of any damage to the property or equipment.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy:
- The guest is allowed to modify/cancel the reservation by sending an request to via info@thriveatgoa.
- At least 30 days prior to the arrival date – 50% cancellation fees apply and a refund of the remaining amount shall be granted. The refund will be processed within 10 working days.
- Less than 30 days prior to arrival date – the forfeiture amount will be 100%. There may be additional applicable charges and taxes.
- In case of no-show – 100% cancellation fees apply
- The bookings for Christmas, New Year Eve, Diwali are non refundable.
- In case of required modification, the guest have to contact Front Office staff via info@thriveatgoa. The modification is possible only in case of property availability and not guaranteed.

- Use of Amenities: All facilities provided at Thrive are to be used at your own risk. Management will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or mishaps that may occur during your stay. You assume full responsibility for these risks and agree to participate at your own risk.
- Adherence to Guidelines: All guests must adhere to the safety guidelines and instructions provided for each facility. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in being asked to discontinue use of the facility.
- Proper Use of Equipment: You agree to use any equipment provided by Thrive in the manner intended and follow all instructions provided for each facility. Failure to do so may increase the risk of injury.
- Health and Safety: Guests are advised to seek medical confirmation from their healthcare provider before using any of the health and wellness facilities. Individuals with pre-existing medical conditions including heart conditions, respiratory issues, metabolic disease or other health concerns should exercise caution and consult a healthcare provider prior to use.
- Consent to Medical Treatment: You consent to receive medical treatment in the event of injury, accident, or illness during any activity, and you agree to be financially responsible for the cost of any such treatment.
- Supervision of Children: Children must be supervised at all times while on the premises. The management will not be responsible for any incidents involving unsupervised children.
- Pregnant women: are advised to use the facilities at their own risk. It is strongly recommended to consult with a healthcare provider before engaging in any activities.
- Waiver of Liability: You agree to waive, release and discharge Thrive, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities or demands that may arise from your usage of amenities, including any claims related to personal injury or loss of property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
- Security Deposit: The management reserves the right to withhold the security deposit at their own discretion in the case of any damage to the property or equipment.
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, the decision of the management shall be considered final and binding.

For the purposes of this Terms and Conditions, the terms “Thrive,” “we,” “us,” and “our” shall refer to the business unit of SRS Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., along with its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated entities.”
